"I called stoves plus fully expecting to get an estimate on a repair for my woodstove. My woodstove is in the basement and stinks when we do not use it. I clean the chimney and burn creosote cleaner, but there is so much back pressure there is a constant wind coming down the pipe. Look, my dad and I have a small business and we get business because people trust us to do what needs to be done, not what makes us money. The advice I got from stoves plus on how to tackle my problem was just that, honest and effective. When I need some new supplies, fireplace, or any related work I will be working with them. 5 stars! "I called for advice to clear out build up smoke in pellet stove chamber after restart due to pellet bin ash clean out vent not completely shut. Both Carl (owner) and John (service employee) provided excellent service for seasonal pellet stove clean out and took their time to explain the operating procedure for new owners of using pellet stove. Carl was very responsive to assist us over phone call during cold winter night to resolve the minor issue of smoke build up in pellet stove chamber without onsite service call. I highly recommend on using Stoves Plus service for pellet stove seasonal maintenance cleaning and repairs."

"I can not say enough good things about this outfit, run by Carl and his wife Linda Rumbalski. We had a wood stove installed in our vintage cabin late last summer. The contractor we hired was unable to provide a crucial double insulated through-the-wall piece of piping, and I called Carl to ask for help. He had a piece he thought might work, and waited for my boyfriend, Tom to pick it up, despite having dinner plans. He told Tom he would wait as long as he could, but if he were not on the premises when Tom arrived, would leave the piece outside, and trust Tom to leave the agreed upon sum.
After much aggravation with the installer, the stove was finally, safely installed, and we did not use the pipe piece Carl had sold us. We called to let them know and were told that we could return it at any time. One year later I called to ask if we might drop the piece off and thank them for the kindness they showed Tom and myself. To our surprise they refunded our money.
As city dwellers, we are unaccustomed to such integrity ~ and after visiting their location, are thoroughly impressed with their business practices and loyalty of their long-time employees. Should you need to buy a stove, have one repaired or installed, or your chimney cleaned, relined or waterproofed, we highly recommend the professionals at Stoves Plus LLC whole heartedly. We look forward to doing business with them in the future."

Karl was very professional in explaining the energy saving features of the new stove and provided a nice catalog of choice to choose from. The pricing including the installation was clear, no surprises. The stove was delivered and installed on time, as scheduled. We are VERY pleased with the new stove. "Carl and his crew did a stellar job of removing our old pellet stove and replacing it with a wood stove. Phone calls and emails were returned promptly by both Carl and Linda. Information provided was clear and accurate. Carl showed up for the installation at exactly the time we had scheduled, which was particularly impressive since he had to travel approximately one hour to get to our home. Once the work was under way, attention to detail, a can do attitude, and a fine sense of humor were all clearly evident. Why bother with time wasting "competitors" who don't respond to phone calls or who fail to provide estimates as promised? Just go to Stove Plus and get the job done!"

"Carl and his team were phenomenal to work with. I have used Stoves Plus to clean my chimneys in a previous home for years, so I was confident in their professionalism and knowledge. When we learned our chimney in our home was unable to be used with our fireplace, I was heartbroken, but I trusted Carl's assessment. "Wow, what great service!My clothes dryer literally stopped drying clothes, I called for service and the repairman told me the dryer is fine your vent is blocked.I called Stoves Plus and they told me not to run the machine until they could check it out. Good thing too, because when they did come out they cleaned about a decades worth of compacted lint out of the vent line. "Food just tastes better when cooked over real wood pellets on a Green Mountain Grill from Stoves Plus. Its the reason that wood pellet grills win so many BBQ competitions. The process of making charcoal briquettes destroys the flavor within the wood they are made from, and propane has absolutely no taste at all. These guys even sell a variety of wood pellets which are made from clean, kiln-dried sawdust, with the flavor molecules totally preserved. All that flavor finds its way into the meat on the grill. With my new Grill I can grill like a professional by pushing a button to set it and forget it".
